So Easy to File

I've been using Turbo Tax since it came out to file my State and Federal Returns. It gets a lot easier to use each year and I am sold on it. It is the ONLY Tax Return Program I will use and recommend it to others. I've even recommended it to those I work with. It made it easier this year as all of my W-2 information was able to be downloaded into my return and did not have to fill each of those boxes in. Thank you Turbo Tax for a job well done.
What's great about it: Very Easy to work through
What's not so great: Hung up a little at the end

No key to PRINT -no need to preview 3 times!!

Why the choice - PDF or preview. I needed to print and was unable to do so.
After five years, I will never use your product again.
How do I now respond to IRS if I don't even have a printed copy of my returns??
What's not so great: Very disappointed that I could not conclude by PRINTING!

2013 Taxes

Have used TurboTax for several years and it just gets easier every year. Even for us old folk's that are not up to date on some of this new technology. Thank you for making Tax Time a lot easier.
What's great about it: Easy to use with lots of explanations that were easy to follow
What's not so great: No problems at all

I use turbo tax every year to do my taxes. Not only am I not worried about doing anything wrong but I know I get a great discount at the end! This year I almost brought them in thinking they were going to be complex because I had multiple W-2's as well as self employed income. I was expecting to pay in a fair amount. I decided to give turbotax a shot to see if it would handle it and it came out not only as a wonderful help but managed to get me a sizable return as well!
What's great about it: Quick, simple, painless
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

The end result fee tabulation needs to be communicated to the buyer of the software better.
What's great about it: If there was an error it was pointed out immediately
