Had a glitch this year

I had my return finished and wanted to print it for review. Two weeks later when I opened TT up, I was instructed to do an update. After the update, I lost the complete file and last year's return file also. I had to manually input everything and spent an extra 8 hours on this. Not a happy camper with using TT this year!!!!!
What's great about it: Easy to navigate. Have used for 10 years
What's not so great: Glitch wiped out file

I've used turbo tax for many years and will continue to do so
I've found the easy guide a good way for me to understand the information I need to provide with totally understanding every new and old tax law. Turbo tax has been helpful and accurate.

Quality is diminishing

I think you've tried to make the program so simple it has lost essential elements needed for the people who already know what they're doing on their returns. It's like it's been dumbed down to such an extent that I can't imagine that people aren't missing out on some deductions that should be available to them and they're just not aware enough to go searching for the information. It should be offered in the step-by-step! I have used Turbo Tax for many years but am seriously considering changing for next year.
What's great about it: ability to import from last year's turbo tax return
What's not so great: No easy access to 1099C related forms

As a person that travels all over the country for work; it does a great job taking care of 5 state. Any problems I had it was from me not reading through everything right. See ya next year TurboTax!!!
What's great about it: Easy transition from state to state....It did all the work for me.
What's not so great: Once in awhile I get errors, difficult to undo
