What's great about it: Been using Turbo Tax for at least ten years....I Love it!!!
What's not so great: Had I bit of a problem, since I have a new Lap Top Computer
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I've used TurboTax since I first discovered it in 1986, and it has never let me down. I would recommend it for anyone wishing to prepare their own taxes, guided for novice, or forms style for experts. Great job Intuit!

I have been using Turbo Tax for a long time, it gets better every year!
What's great about it: makes quick work of filing, efile works well
What's not so great: none

E-File Poor

Had to do an override per our accountant and TurboTax would not allow us to E-File our return because of doing an override.

Tax Filing gave good refund

Much easier than manually doing my taxes. I have used TurboTax for many years and always use the guide method to be sure i don't overlook any items.
What's great about it: It's Deductible is very helpful
What's not so great: Sometimes the review shows errors I don't recall entering
Pros: I bought or sold investments
