I use Turbo every year.
With Turbo anyone can do their own taxes.

What's great about it: Very easy steps to follow
What's not so great: Health Form I missed where to key in until it ran the check

Works for Us!

This year was our first with pensions and social security incomes. Turbo Tax made it as easy as the past few years that we used it.
What's great about it: Clear and easy directions
What's not so great: none

only suggestion would be to continue to look for opportunities to gather topics & answers together on less screens. Also, the more summary and comparison (vs. prior year) details you can provide in review section, the better !!

Years of correct, simple returns

I have used TurboTax for over 20 years, and it seems to get better and easier to use every year. Even though I have recently started my own small business, I still feel confident that TurboTax will be able to handle my future returns.
What's great about it: Detailed, yet simple to follow
What's not so great: Could use a few more detailed definitions along the way.

Turbo Tax does a great job of taking feedback and enhancing the software for the next year. Importing from the previous year and reviewing are two pros.

I use this program every year. It asks the pertinent questions and has tax help available. It is smooth and streamlined and makes filing taxes a breeze.
What's great about it: Fast and concise tax filing
