It is so easy to answer the questions in Turbo Tax and get your taxes done. The explanations of what deductions will get you the best return is GREAT.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax makes it VERY easy to do your return.

TurboTax takes the worry and frustration out of filing taxes. Once you use it, you know what to expect next year and what receipts, doc,etc you should be saving
What's great about it: Guidance, step-by-step
What's not so great: Tax code is too complicated !

Been using Turbo Tax for many years and rely on it to transfer information from last year and guide me through the current years input. A great help for reminding me what happened last year and what to look for in the current year.
What's great about it: Transfer information from last year, does calculations and puts things on the proper forms, goos user experience
What's not so great: needs better synonyms in help for tax terms

I have used turbo tax for about 6yrs now. so easy to use. now I have four of my co-workers using turbo tax . before they have paid hundreds of dollars to have their taxes done and found mistakes. they have received more refund and no mistakes using turbo tax. luv turbo tax.
What's great about it: very easy
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Taxes can be a daunting task, but TurboTax makes it easy. It walks you through the process with a series of questions. If you need more information on a topic, a link to more info is right there. Tax tips and advice pop up on your screen. Don't know which receipts to gather? You can always hunt them down as TurboTax asks you for them. The on-line filing is easy, and you'll get your refunds sooner.
What's great about it: It walks you through everything. Just answer the questions!
What's not so great: It is so easy that I have sat down to just load the program and ended up finishing my taxes!

Great experience as usual

Great experience as usual. My only "con" is that W-2G information cannot be copied and same information must be entered over and over again (i.e. casino name, address, FIN & tel.) Last year I could copy and paste, but this year the program would not recognize this.
What's great about it: Easy & unintimidating
What's not so great: W-2G info cannot be copied
