6 YEARS NOW TURBO TAX HAS MADE THE THE WHOLE TAX FILING THING STRESS FREE. EVEN WHEN MY LIFE SITUATION HAS CHANGED THROUGH THE YEARS (DIVORCE, 4 JOB CHANGES ,SELF-EMPLOYED MULTI-EMPLOYERS AT THE SAME TIME, REMARRIAGE . WHATEVER IT IS TURBO TAX ASKS ALL THE RIGHT QUESTIONS . SO I CAN PROVIDE THE CORRECT ANSWERS. THANKS TURBO TAX
What's great about it: WALKS A NOVICE THROUGH IT PAINLESSLY
What's not so great: NUTTIN

Turbo Tax makes my life so much easier.
Sugestion: can you come up with an electronic tool to make it easier to file estimated taxes each quarter? I have developed an XL spread sheet but I am sure you folks can come up with something even better. If folks do it manually it takes hours; with the spreadsheet it takes ten minutes.
What's great about it: Fast, thorough, accurate

I used turbo tax before and I think your step by instruction is easy to follow. Thanks for a great product.
In the NJ state return I had a tough time in understanding the taxable portion of the IRA withdrawal. Did not understand how you arrived at the excludable amount at line 19B.

Works well w/ minor glitch

Overall is great, but I had to manually enter my State deduction for college plan investments. It never asked me about them, even though I've taken the deduction in the past.
What's great about it: Walks through all deductions
What's not so great: Never asks me about State deduction for 529 contributions
Pros: I had a baby, I bought or sold investments

Loved filing my return through TurboTax for the second year. Couldn't be easier! The only downside is the cost when you have to file two states.
What's great about it: Quick, to the point, easy to understand
What's not so great: little expensive when it's all said and done

I have been using Turbo Tax for 13 years now and it has made the process smooth and reliable. Turbo tax not only fills all the boxes it helps me make certain I don't miss a deduction or an income. I feel confident every year when I file using Turbo Tax that I have not made any mistakes, that I won't be audited, and that I have taken all the legal deductions allowed.
