Things went very well this year UNTIL I got to the end and wanted to print my return for mailing and for my records.
At this point the s/w became so completely un user friendly that I had to call for help. Fortunately I was able to talk with some one who could help. Something is wrong with the system.

What is the best way to install Turbo Tax? Is it better to get the online version?
What's great about it: I'm Through with taxes, I think.
What's not so great: My version would transfer last years information. Then I couldn't open Turbo Tax to work . Opened after shutting down.

Turbo Tax vs other tax software

I have been using Turbo Tax for years now. I have tried other tax software, and always hate it. I'm using Turbo Tax for as long as you put the software out, and I tell everyone about it.

I took my time with the simple walk trough set up
some terminology didnt understand had to use help buttons.

Very simple and complete

Last year's was simple with a lot of typing. Now I can do year-over-year with Turbo Tax keeping the old data for me.
What's great about it: Copying my 2012 returns, so I didn't have to retype.
What's not so great: My review will not be accepted.

Turbo Tax 2014

Have used Turbo Tax for many years and find it easy to use and very complete. Have never had a question asked by IRS or State.
What's great about it: Walked me through the process asking all questions needed. Transferred data from Turbo Tax 2012 saving lots of time.
What's not so great: Had to mouse down many pages to continue

Didn't have to make 3-trips to a tax office; set around & wait on them; and then pay them for my wasted time,
