I love Turbo Tax, it makes my filing so simple. What I think is lacking from Turbo Tax is property improvements.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax is the BEST
What's not so great: Didn't cover everything, what about property improvement

I have used TurbuTax for 10 Years and never had a problem. the last time I had someone do my taxes it cost me big time, that was 11 year ago.
What's great about it: All
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

What's great about it: As long as you have your docs ready, it's a snap

User Lacks Control

Turbo tax has recently added the watermark feature to your adobe tax return, so you CANNOT get your taxes in an envelope, ready to mail on Jan 31st, you must wait until the 31st before the watermarks disappear. How would you like to be "all done" with your taxes only to have Turbo tax tell you that they have decided you will not get them in the mail until a certain time?

What's not so great: Hurry Up and Wait

This program was extremely easy to use and walked through each step with ease. I highly recommend it.
What's great about it: Software was very user-friendly and the "explain" tabs had easy to understand language.

When I was having trouble online the rep quickly helped me download the program on my computer which was more user friendly
