Great program for an easy way to file.

I couldn't ask for an easier program. so worth my time answering all the questions.
What's great about it: very easy to go through each question it guides you through

GREAT and EASY!

It is a great product and I was able to get the Refund Processing Fee off, I just paid for the state e-file by my debit card. It was easy and I will be using this product for many years to come!
What's great about it: It was easy to use and wasn't confusing.
What's not so great: Refund Processing Fee

Turbo Tax hasn't failed us!
What's great about it: Reading every section to determine if I can be better prepared for the next tax year.
What's not so great: I couldn't deduct what we paid for the soft ware.

Quick refund even with a complex return

I used to do taxes by hand - form after form. Even when I first started using tax software, I continued to "manually" enter my tax info. It took forever. Now my only time stealer is totalling my medical and office receipts. Love that a change to a schedule is automatically reflected throughout all of the forms. I cannot even imagine doing taxes without TurboTax Deluxe.
What's great about it: Good help topics, love the interview process
What's not so great: Wish I didn't have to do taxes!

1099Q Handled Wrong

Handle 1099 Q wrong, amount reported should not be included in taxable income if the proceeds were used for qualified education expenses
What's great about it: Many things but the way the program mishandles 1099Q made me angry and unhappy
What's not so great: Program taxes income reported on 1099 Q from 529 plan even when the amount received was used for qualified ed expenses

I have been using Turbo Tax for at least the past 10 years and it sure beats doing the by hand
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Larger print would be helpfull
