I have been using Turbo Tax for the last 6 years and have been a returned customer since then. Extremely happy with it.
What's great about it: Easy to understand, easy to use, walked you all the way through
What's not so great: Not much.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have used TurboTax for the last 8 years and have found it to answer all relevant questions and helps make doing taxes a lot easier
What's great about it: The ease to go through all the required forms to complete the return

Love the ability of turbo tax to store my info from year to year so that I don't have to enter all of that information every year!!
What's great about it: watching my refund grow
What's not so great: some terms are dificult to understand and not easily answered

Turbo a good value for the cost

I have used TurboTax for over 20 years and find it to be an easy product to use. Going through the Step by Step instructions covers every situation I have ever had.
What's great about it: Asks the right questions and shows help where needed.
What's not so great: None
Pros: I bought or sold investments

I tried to second guess Turbo Tax and screwed things up but your help personel fixed it quick and measy.
What's great about it: I screwed up and Turbo Tax help fixed my problem
What's not so great: None
