Always a breze

I love using Turbo Tax to file my taxes. I love how simple it is; I get a personal walkthrough of every topic I need to cover, and even those I don't. I can rest easy knowing that I didn't miss anything important, and I know I'm getting the biggest refund possible. Such a weight off my shoulders to click the "file" button and be done with it! Plus, the e-file and direct deposit guarantees me the earliest possible arrival of my return. What's not to love??
What's great about it: Quick and easy. Love how I get a walkthrough of every topic, just in case I missed something on my own.

Awesome Again!

I have used Turbo Tax for the past 11 years and every year it gets easier and easier. I would recommend it to anyone that has any computer experience and wants to do the taxes themselves. There is a great help option if you need it and it explains things in simple English so it is easy to understand. I do not plan to do my taxes any different in the future. Turbo Tax is for me!
What's great about it: Transferred all my info from last year - super easy to understand - just keeps getting easier every year
What's not so great: I really don't have any. I can do the return myself and feel confident I got the return that I deserved.

this was our first year using turbo tax. really easy to use. they explain everything in great detail. if you can read you can use turbo tax!!!! will use it from now on!!!!!!

I had to call again this year about misunderstandings. This year it was about transferring last year's info. Where it happens it is NOT VERY clear. I've used Turbo Tax for years & this is the third year in a row there's problems w/ the program. Last year I paid penalty to New York State, because turbo tax didn't carry over credit for our dependent in 2011.
What's great about it: The quickness & accurecy of filing a return
