Works every year - very happy with process!

We have pretty much the same items every year but this time I retired in 2013 and there were many things that were new to the process. It was good to know that the reviews were available and the explanations made my questions easier to understand. Thank you for a reliable product at an affordable price!
What's great about it: Like to be able to review easily with back button feature
What's not so great: I don't always understand what the "details" are about
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Refund Relief!

Overall a great way for the individual taxpayer to file his/her return. User should make sure they have all of the required information on hand while completing the filing process.
What's great about it: Easy instructions to follow
What's not so great: Didn't automatically updated sales tax instructions for 2013 once the IRS had published them.

This is our 2nd year filing our taxes using Turbo Tax. It is easy to use and navigate. I recommend this software to anyone because if I can do it, anyone can!

I have been using TurboTax for 10 years. The forms and instructions for 2013 were easy to follow. I appreciated all the extra help screens along the way.

Turbo tax makes filing my taxes easy and quick. It explains everything I don't understand. The price is right, the instructions are great and I think Turbo tax is the easiest & best way to file taxes.
What's great about it: Quick, painless, easy to understand and complete
What's not so great: None that I am aware of

I keep pretty accurate records of our financial obligations and their tax implications, and Turbo Tax makes it easy to plug that information in prepare my taxes quickly. I'm a busy with work and 2 kids so getting such a complex task done with the help of Turbo Tax's preparation tools is invaluable.
What's great about it: comprehensiveness, ease-of-use
