I've been using TurboTax since 2005 and have been very happy with the results. I feel confident that all possible deductions are carefully scrutinized and all new IRS changes are incorporated. My friend paid $150 to an accountant and had to travel to his office with all of her paperwork. TurboTax is so much easier and convenient.
What's great about it: Cost, easy to use

I have used this program for about 15 years and find it easy to use and easy to follow the steps.
What's great about it: Transfers data from prior year
What's not so great: Last years estimate was off by $900

Horray Horray, I Finished My Taxes Today

I finished my taxes and E Ffiled them without printing first.
Now I want to print them a few days later but got stuck trrying to get the files to print properly.

Easy does It

Not time consuming and instructions were logical and simply written. The only hard part was when I noticed an obvious mistake in a typo on a total was trying locate the section and how to correct it.
What's great about it: Easy to follow guided instructions
What's not so great: Sometimes difficult to find out how to go back to correct errors

STATE GIVES ME PROBLEM ON MONEY EARNED IN OTHER STATES ON GAMBLING. THEY SAY I DIDN'T CLAIM ON LINE 7 OF 1040 FEDERAL.
IT WAS CLAIMED ON LINE 21 OF 1040 FEDERAL AND IT SAYS FOR GAMBLING WINNINGS. WHY THE PROBLEM
