I hate working so hard on the Federal and State taxes, and at the end not knowing if I am cheating the government or myself. Turbo Tax makes it so that I believe I have done the task correctly and fairly.
What's great about it: Easy to use, high confidence in the product

Awesome and Easy!

Overall another great easy filing season for me! I have very small amounts of stocks and bonds to claim and TT makes it easy as 1-2-3 to get my max refund and peace of mind that I can get my money fast, easy, and without regard to getting audited!
What's great about it: Quick, Streamlined, Simple

Painless and

In prior years, Turbo Tax has caught my eligibility for both deductions and tax credits that I was not aware of. I continue to use it for that reason, as well as the simplicity of completing a tax preparer interview from home, and without the need to disclose personal information to someone I do not know.
What's great about it: Speed, Ease of Use, Confidential, and Thorough

Great except...........

Although it was easy to use, I did encounter 1 issue. On one form there is a line that asked for a "Business Name". If there was no "Business Name" leave it blank. The system kept returning to this line even though I had no "Business Name" to enter. Finally in order to move forward I wrote "No Name".
What's great about it: easy to use
What's not so great: 1 issue
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Can't e-file

I have used Turbo tax for ten years, but I will not use it again.
What's great about it: Federal return was user friendly.
What's not so great: I was very disappointed that the state software had mistakes and would not let me e-file.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
