What a Blessing!

Best program I have found for keeping my life simple and tax season one that I no longer dread! I keep books for my office and the last thing I need is dreading my own tax return time. Thank you for a wonderful product that my grown children are all now using and I don't have to worry about doing their taxes for them as well!
What's great about it: EVERYTHING!

Best tax program ever made

I have used turbotax for several years. Yes, I have went to places and had people to fill out my taxes, and some of them just won't listen. One tried to tell me that you couldn't deduct something that I knew you could, then he charged me twice what I paid using turbotax. When I said something about the high price he said, "Well, you paid close to that last year."
Turbotax is a program, but it tries to get you those extra few dollors and cents that some tax preparers don't have time or care to do.

Truly think your product is great..Very easy and have been using it for years now!!! I really cant say much bad at all!!! The ease of use and the ability to transfer info from my employment, brokerage accts, and last yrs tax return is great!!! I just only wish you would allow more than 5 e file tax returns...People with large families will go through 5 very easily...may I suggest limiting it to 10???
What's great about it: Very easy and its the same format every year!!
What's not so great: You can only e file 5 times...

Updating feature needs to be imporved.
What's great about it: Walked me through steps quickly, was relatively easy process
What's not so great: had difficulty downloading and installing updates, kept failing and then blaming the failure on the user

I have used TurboTax from the beginning. I love it! Never had any problems. But every year they change the format, i understand some things are for the better, but the whole look changes alot. Takes me a few minutes to get used to it. No big deal though.

This was my first time filing taxes for myself and the only troubles I came across were just from me not understanding how to do taxes! The "additional information" came in handy several times for this beginner.
What's great about it: walked through every step and had awesome additional tips
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved, I bought or sold investments

Problems getting to run then great

I had 3 Win-XP SP2 computers at home. Could not upgrade them, so program would install but not run. Had a Windows 7 - 64 bit, but program would not run. You need to have 64-bit option for the install. Finally took to work where had Win-XP SP3 allowed the prog to run. Otherwise very good as always (I go back to 1999 with Turbotax).
What's great about it: Thorough and easy to use
What's not so great: Had to go through 5 computers to find one that would let Turbotax run.
