We have used TurboTax for at least 15 years! We love that TurboTax carries over information from previous years' taxes. As my tax returns have become more complicated through the years, TurboTax has even DECREASED the amount of time it takes to complete.
What's great about it: Carries over info from previous years...Asks all the right questions and does all the MATH for me!
What's not so great: Doesn't come with a cold beer.

I believe TurboTax is designed for those with little brain power but able to read the simple instructions. Of course, it helps when a person like myself has very little income but I can see where it definitely is good for those with investments from a number of sources. I can't see where any improvements are needed. GOOD JOB.
What's great about it: Easy to understand guidlines
What's not so great: Can't think of one thing!!

What's great about it: I love how it walks you through all the questions so you won't miss anything.

When I e-filed received an error message stating duplicate SS# A tax return with the same SS# has already been submitted. It appears you're trying to e-file same return twice. This was not the case this was my first attempt. Has someone else hacked my tax return? Followed the instructions to verify personal information. Noticed on the tool bar under file electronic status. Clicked on check status it said returned received congratulations. Did it really go through will I have to call the IRS for verification.
What's great about it: Seems simple enough
What's not so great: Not easy to list unemployment $. Unsure if e-file went through.

NO "FIX THE PROBLEM " TO BE FOUND!!!!!
