Could not find out have to transfer information from a 1099-S.
Had to make some educated guesses. We needed more specific information.
Also I have always had trouble on schedule E, Part 1, line B, filling in a description in line or box A. It would be great if you could override and be able to type in a description.
What's great about it: Good and detailed explainatiions
What's not so great: needed more help with a 1099-S

I have been using Turbo Tax for the past 8 years. I really like the ease of the program. The questions guide me through the whole process. Thank you Turbo Tax Team

I continue to find it extremely easy to use. The ONLY issue was that on occasion I was unable to find a particular question when I tried to go back after I had already skipped over it.

I have been using TurboTax since 2008? and use it every year. The ease of use and convenience is unequaled to any other tax software. The only downside is that there is no way to recover a past password; I had to create a new account, no big deal but I would rather use the same account each year.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Passwords

I was very disappointed that I had to pay for Turbo tax and then pay for the state download and efile. In the past I have paid for the efile but never the download
What's great about it: previous year info transferred
What's not so great: Paying to state tax download and then to efile it.

Missed my projections of 2013 income and had to pay taxes even tho i paid estimated taxes quarterly. Somehow we should be able to review the est. Taxes on a quarterly to make sure we are on the right track and not get surprised at the end. I think this is the most user friendly i have used. Keep it up and I will continue to use you.

You handling of Canadian RRSP and distributions from them are much improved but not to the point of being easy.
It would also be nice if you developed a currency conversion application to assist with foreign earnings.
Overall. The product is worth every penny spent in time saved. Especially calculating foreign tax credits and maintaining records of carry overs.
What's great about it: Canada / US Retirement accounts improved.
What's not so great: Canada / US Retirements accounts still took trial and error to complete.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
