amazed my refund

overall i liked the program just not the waiting in between.
What's great about it: liked being able to do taxes myself and a free e-file.
What's not so great: didnt like the length of time it took. alot of waiting.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Walked me through every step and helped me get bigger than expected refund, due to unexpected Tax Credit Qualifications.

Love Turbo Tax

I do my moms and friends taxes for them as turbo tax is easy and walks you thru everything. Plus, customer service is awesome.

I have used Turbo Tax for years. They always make it easy to file and are complete with their questions. Love the Advantage purchase of the software.
