I have used Turbo Tax for years. Last year I used the online version. This year I could not import data to the new file.
What's great about it: Easy tu use
What's not so great: Would not read data from my previous TurboTax returns.

Modeling question.

The only thing I would like you to add is giving me the option to anticipate what a refund would be if I changed a few items.
My example is - in two years my wife will be getting social security. I already get it. We also receive income from an IRA and both have part time jobs. I am just trying to figure out how her additional income will impact our taxes.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: never quite sure when final product is done. Fixes keep coming.

No transfer of info.

I used TurboTax last year (2012) and it did not transfer any personal information to this year's Turbo tax as it promised. Why was this? (same computer)

I have been using TurboTax for many years now. I have always found it to be fast, easy and saves me so much money. If you haven't tried it yet, you should. Anyone can do it. It is that easy. This year I had a problem with my return validating. I called the customer service number and in no time we worked it out. Gloria was so helpful, kind and patient. I highly recommend this to everyone.
What's great about it: Fast, easy and saves $.
What's not so great: Cannot think of one.

Fast to get the Max

Doing taxes are a drag. This year's taxes were fast and super easy I got more than I expected.
What's great about it: Super fast, easy, covered all deductions
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

need check for duplicate entries. Some interest was imported and I found where one amount was entered twice. Would have been nice to receive a warning message to double chec kthis item.
