It is really helpful when, the questions regarding your previous year taxes are asked, the location of where to find the answer is described (form/line.)
What's great about it: filed from the comfort of my home.
What's not so great: a couple of questions are worded tricky with no help options

TurboTax - Best Software in USA

Have been using Turbotax for years with nary a problem EVER.
Thank you for producing such an outstanding software package. It installs easily and even the most computer illiterate person can install and navigate it easily afterwards. Ditto for anyone who knows nothing about taxes. Turbotax is like having your own high-paid tax auditor and CPA sitting by your side and guiding your every effort. The whole experience can only be described as: EASY-AS-PIE...!!! Thank you, TurboTax!!

Turbo Tax is well written and very easy to use. I really like the import features offered, from importing last years numbers to importing my employer W2's. I will use your software for many years to come. Keep up the good work !!
What's great about it: Very detailed and easy to use
What's not so great: I have none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Ten Years and Counting

For over ten years I've been filing my taxes with TurboTax and it just gets easier and easier. It's great that they go through every option possible. I will continue to use TurboTax for the foreseeable future and as my return gets more complex I'll probably upgrade to the next package option.
What's great about it: Very easy to follow
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

THIS PRODUCT GETS BETTER EVERY YEAR. SIMPLE TO USE, FAST AND ACCURATE. LOTS OF HELP WITH QUESTIONS YOU MIGHT HAVE WITH LINKS AND POP UPS.

So Easy!

I have been using TT for over 12 years. It continues to improve every year! I like the "Guide Me" and let me explore options to every section. The parts that I don't use I can skip, and the parts I want to really itemize, I can.
I recommend TT to anyone and everyone.
