Great experience

I will definitely be using Turbo Tax in the future as well - very seamless and easy to follow!
What's great about it: Easy to use and navigate
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

First Time with Turbo Tax

Overall, quite happy so far. I am not an accountant and kept putting it off but was able to get both the Federal and State done in 1 day. I will let you know if we get audited or not and then that will be the real test.
What's great about it: Was self-explanatory. Did not bring up all pages if not needed. Asked pertinent questions.
What's not so great: Could not use the Turbo Tax for 1040EZ for my duaghter. It kept making her put in her spouse's AGI but she is single.

Once Again

This is the 15th year I have been using Turbotax to file. Starting to get the hang of it! Do not have that many changes year-to-year so completing the data entering and filing is supereasy.
What's great about it: Ease of getting info about education credits
What's not so great: Difficult to enter info on retirement income from outside of the US

Eject the CD before using TurboTax! Should be prompted!
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Validation problems

TurboTax worked well overall, it was just the slow response time that irked me otherwise I had no major complaints.
What's great about it: worksheets, calculations easy to follow
What's not so great: Response time is still slow
