This is about 12th time I used it

Good program over the years of using it I can only remember one time about ten years ago when it made a mistake on my paying quarterly payments.
What's great about it: Stays pretty close to the same each year as far as directions and commands go.
What's not so great: A few directions are obtuse and not easily understood.

What's great about it: easy to follow, guides you step by step
What's not so great: cost of turbo tax keeps going up. Getting expensive

Have used Turbotax for so many years I've lost count!! Great way to maximize refund and eliminate need for a pricey accountant! Will use again next year...

There must be an improved method to forward my state return electronically. Can't the cost to do so be included in the purchase price for Turbo Tax as an option?
What's not so great: In trying to submit my State taxes by subtracting the cost of electronic transmission I ran into a big stumbling block,

Why does it cost to file State return ?
I just print it out and go online and fill in the blanks for FREE

What's not so great: State filing should be FREE also

I have used Turbo Tax for about 7 or 8 years now.
No problems very easy to use and you can look at the final paperwork and go though it if you are like me and want to know how they got to the numbers.

Turbo Tax error

because we filed married filing separately, Turbo Tax refused to process E-file for MO, requiring a form of non-residence for spouce. Required mulitiple attempts to correct and finally settling for mail tax return.
What's great about it: usually easy to complete
