East to Use

I have used Turbo Tax for a number of years. If you have pretty much a standard return with or without deductions, Turbo Tax us the way to go.
What's great about it: Easy to Use and check

Info transfer from previous year was very time saving. The program was easy to follow, and the ability to pull up IRS publications and other research info on questions that came up was very helpful. Especially great was the ability to ask a specific question via email and receive tax advice responses from qualified enrolled agents.
What's great about it: Easy to navigate through this program - Federal
What's not so great: NY state return for non-residents was difficult to follow

Makes tax preparation easy. Seems to look at all items thoroughly. Explains items when needed.
What's great about it: Walks you through each step
What's not so great: Goes to summary after each section
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Done and Done

This is the 9th or 10th year that I have filed using Turbo Tax. Remarkable that there are those who do not avail themselves to the simple and easy navigation, prompts and tutorials. Turbo Tax enabled me to take advantage of several substantial prior year expenses to acquire substantially greater refunds (friendly "CPA's" were not aware or encouraged to do so...just sayin!).
Easy to save on my laptop, print a hardcopy and transfer information from year to year.
What's great about it: Clear concise prompts and running tab of amount owed or refunded both Federal and State
What's not so great: Print exercise is a bit confusing...Never care for the additional "sales items" while trying to concentrate

Nailed My Taxes

I have used TurboTax for several years and feel it has improved with age. I would definately recommend it. It is one of the best tax softwares available.
What's great about it: Program is thorough and easy to use.
What's not so great: Would like to see a "Print" button on recap pages.

Making my taxes easy

I have been using Turbo Tax to do my income tax ever since I retired. This year it was easier then ever. The form takes all the confusion out of the process making it almost a pleasure . Thank you for providing such a great product.
