I have used Turbo Tax for over 20 years. It is an easy program to understand and the questions it asked are helpful in completing the forms. I will continue to use Turbo Tax in the future.

I have used TurboTax since its inception. This 2013 had many more instances of confusion. It was more difficult to complete.
What's great about it: Most materials transferred from 2012
What's not so great: Considerably more difficult this year (2013) for some reason

Good but not perfect

The program is thorough and explains more than previous years. I did have problems with the program saying Form A wasn't available when the website said it was and I updated. It's also difficult to go back and change something without redoing the entire program, although that has improved slightly over previous years.
What's great about it: easy to use, covers everything
What's not so great: hard to go back without going forward through everything again, after updating, still said not available

This is my 3rd year using Turbo Tax Deluxe software and I have not had any issues and will continue to use TT until an issue arises. It is extremely easy to use and support (chat/phone) and questions are readily available.

This year I could have gotten my taxes done for free. I chose instead to pay for TurboTax. I like knowing that I can easily file my own taxes. It's very empowering and satisfying to know that I've done everything I need to, and it's all very simple!
What's great about it: TurboTax saves me so much time! Carries over pertinent info and makes entering other info a breeze!
What's not so great: none

I appreciate the way TurboTax explains each item and goes the extra mile to make certain you understand what you are doing. I like how it calculates and files electronically for me.
What's great about it: I like how Turbo Tax carefully walks you through all the details and explains everything.
What's not so great: For the first time in five years, I had a problem loading the program. Had to use Task Manager to get the job done.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
