I like the navigation methods. It will walk me though everything or I can go to the pages I need manually.

After I had assembled everything I would need, it took less than an hour to prepare the returns.

I have used Turbo Tax for years. This year was another good experience with the exception of when I was purchasing Turbo Tax. I wanted a CD which I've always received and I could not accomplish during the purchase process. With no telephone contact number I failed to get my CD and I was not happy about that. You need to give us a telephone number for support even if you limited it to people that are over 78 like myself.

Challenging and impossible to print

This is the first year that I have not used a CPA in years. After this experience it is the last year that I will not use a CPA. I do not recommend this product.
What's great about it: Asked many questions to be thorough
What's not so great: Unable to print readable copies of returns or file state online
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Better than last year

Had trouble printing the tax documents for my files. Steered into buying adobe software, which I still don 't know was necessary. Note a lot of folks on line were having similar problems. Turbo is a great idea but one does encounter insurmountable glitches unless you are a computer wizard.
What's great about it: more intuitive
What's not so great: I don't like filling out this review.

Easy To Use

Ialways look forward to completing my yearly tax return. It's very easy using the Turbo Tax program. This was the first year I was able to encourage my wife to participate in the tax preparation.
What's great about it: Easy guidance through filing process.

I like the fact that you can go back and re-read information. I like that it shows you everything you just entered. It does all the math which is something I just do not like to do!
