Turbo Tax Rates #1

Turbo Tax is easy to use if you follow their instructions. I like the ability to download directly into the return saving me time in having to type all the investment data which is confusing at times. With Turbo Tax, it all goes in the right place with no worry.
What's great about it: Accurate as always
What's not so great: Had an error on summary page which didn't affect return
Pros: I bought or sold investments

More confusing than ever!

I mistakenly entered that I'd traded my car when I stopped using it for business. But there seems to be no apparatus in this program to enable me to actually VIEW the erroneous form my mistake had generated, and make corrections to it or delete it. I spent too many frustrating hours trying to figure this out, and finally just sent the return, uncorrected. I have used Turbo Tax for about ten consecutive years, and this year's version is much more confusing and unwieldy than ever! You're trending in the wrong direction, folks! If I hadn't used Turbo Tax before with great results, I might have rated this program as "average". But since there is a distinct degeneration in the program, you have failed!
What's great about it: Ease of use.
What's not so great: Very difficult to access forms, correct mistakes!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Did not find this as user friendly as in the past. The Investment category of income seemed to be lacking something. Questions were not detailed enough. Did not know where I was at most of the time.

Easy Peasy

Have used Turbo Tax for years, it is easy, comprehensive and the pre-fills from previous years save time and energy. This program makes tax time so much less of a hassle and the e-filing is simply wonderful. I recommend it to all my friends.

When I did an update, the program lost my place and started over. It caused a review of each section. Also, when I printed the forms, the investment sale was wrong. The program saved old/deleted information and included in final product.
What's great about it: easy to use
What's not so great: investment problems and update problems

I really like your product! I've used Turbo Tax since 2001 and have always been pleased with it. It is simple t use, points out some things I might have missed and is very fast with a return. Great stuff!
