Stress free process

As usual - Great system - Have been using Turbo tax for about 7 years. Have two in college and it makes for a very stress free process

during the deductions/credit section I would do a section and when it returned it went back to the TOP of the page and I would have to scroll to the bottom of the page to get to the NEXT/Continue button. It should return to the bottom of the page because I already know what is above.
Also the none of the above check box is too far away from the NEXT/Continue button. The NEXT/Continue button should always be close to the selections to be made, not a long way away...

Trouble loading at first then went super fast

As stated above after inserting the disk it just said 5 files on disk I finally double clicked the file called install and it ran
What's great about it: Super quick and easy to use
What's not so great: didn't want to load just kept saying 5 files on disk

User Friendly!!

At first I was skeptical and did not think I would be able to file my own taxes, but Turbo Tax was easy to use. I will no longer pay someone else to file my own taxes.
What's great about it: It guided me through all the questions and defined difficult questions.

Overall great, took care of all my taxes afterwork one night, efiled both returns. Made things easy and saved me walking into an accountants office
What's great about it: Done quick, gets the most bang for my buck
What's not so great: Could use more direction in a few places

I used Turbo Tax for many years. I find the software user friendly. Directions easy to follow. Explanations available if needed. Turbo Tax covers all the areas for deductions I might miss on my own. I love the automatic crossover from the previous year's return so I don't have to look up last years information and I don't have to type in the information that stayed the same, such as address, W-2 information (employer, etc). And Turbo Tax is a lot cheaper than a CPA or one of those tax chains that pop up every tax season.
What's great about it: Quick, walks me through the return so I cover everything I need to.
What's not so great: Sometimes walking through the return includes unrelated items but you might miss something if you try to pick the items
