As usual, taxes are easy when using Turbo Tax. However, this year I did have several issues with the software not loading onto my computer. I would have to shut down and restart to get the software to load. Sometime more than once. Not sure if it is my computer or what. Never had an issue in the past.

This is the 4th year in a row I have used this product and I am very happy to continue doing so. Great value for money especially if your returns are like mine - uncomplicated.
What's great about it: Straigth forward easily understood directions.
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Few things in life are as arduous as preparing taxes or as helpful as TurboTax. I've been a user for over 10 years now. Through starting a business, buying a home, getting married, having children, closing a business, buying another home, going back to school, changing careers, I've been through it all and TurboTax has handled all of these situations with remarkable ease and simplicity. Year after year, no matter what life brings, I'm confident at tax time because of TurboTax.
What's great about it: Easy to use, Intuitive, Reliable, builds on last year's return
What's not so great: If prior return file is lost, everything is reset
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Less stress/more refund

Was faster than I expected, easier than expected and now I'm all done.
What's great about it: Easier than apple pie
What's not so great: IRS laws are confusing sometimes even Turbo Tax can't make it understandable.

TurboTax made the job easy

Even though there was no refund this time, TurboTax gave me the information necessary to change my W-4s to ensure there will be a refund next year.
What's great about it: Easy to enter data and personal information

easy return

turbotax takes the frustration out of doing taxes. I have used turbotax for the last seven years and will continue, as long as it is easy and understanable to me.
What's great about it: the different categorys such as; income div,int, ect:
