What's not so great: wish you didn't have to pay for state

I have used Turbo Tax for several years for my Tax Report.
And found there are more friendlier and easier to fill in the information from year to year.
Processing can be finished in less time too.

What's great about it: I like the way Turbo Tax Guide in filling in my Tax Report.
What's not so great: Need more example for specific terms used.

The Best Tax Software Ever

I have used Turbo Tax for years. It is the only way to get your taxes filed. They make it so easy. If anyone ever thought they would not be able to do their own taxes, give Turbo Tax a try and you will be using them from that time forward.
What's great about it: Easy Guided steps to complete my Return
What's not so great: A little confusing on just one form but Turbo Tax Answered my questions

Keep up the improvements towards intuitive use.
What's great about it: The longer I use Turbo Tax the quicker I get the job done with confidence.
What's not so great: Price, Ive used it for over ten years and feel that justifies a substantial discount
