can't send electronic filing in

I have never had an issue until this year. I still haven't been able to electronically file the State taxes. Been told uninstall/reinstall 3 times. Keeps saying needs an update and when you try it says current

I love using T Tax it is so simple and very effective software. I have used this program for as long as i can remeber 10 plus years

Third year I've used TurboTax never disapointed

I'm a SR. citizen, widowed & retired. I know my tax form
SHOULD'NT BE HARD, but for me it is. I know I could
probably take it to a tax person, but what the heck, for
about the same price I can buy TURBOTAX for about
the same price ( or maybe cheaper ), do it on my own
computer. Gives me something to do, as well as the
GOOD FEELING that I did it myself. I don't look forward
to this every year but we do what we gotta do.

Been using Turbo Tax, Its Deductible, and Quicken for years. Totally awesome products. Great job INTUIT for making financial software for the average family that is affordable and professional. Keep up the good work! Thank you!
What's great about it: Professional, easy to use, accurate, top notch
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
