3 hours and done!

Usually my husband does the taxes but this year he just wasn't in the mood so he asked if I would do them. I was a little hesitant because taxes scare me even though I'm not an idiot. It was easy! Probably took me 3 hours all together including printing them and e-filing. Would have been faster but we had a lot of deductions and I used the online help to get more value for our goods that we donated. I'm glad I did it though because we really undervalued the items we donated!
What's great about it: Very easy to do---my first time
What's not so great: none!

I have been using Turbo tax for several years and find it outstanding.
What's great about it: Ability to e-file fed tax for free

Efficient

Have used TurboTax for several years and continue to like the product. Have had no problems from IRS so am pleased. I like the fact that all ground is covered which makes me believe that I am not paying more than is necessary but also, I am paying what I "owe" per tax statutes. Thank you.
What's great about it: The lead provided through the return
What's not so great: Difficult to find how to handle a sale of inherited real property

Easy as pie!

I've used Turbo Tax for years and it's still as easy as it has always been. Whenever I use it, I count the money I've saved by not going to a professional tax preparer. I'm very pleased with this product and plan on using it for years.
What's great about it: Ease of use. Anyone can do it.
What's not so great: Calculator was a little tricky to find, but I'm being picky.

Good, but has a couple issues

I have been a TT fan for many years. I do mine own, as well as my kids and grand kids. It is pretty easy to install, and straight forward to use, for the most part.
This year I noticed that some of the financial data, like any Indiana refund from 2012, which must be included as 2013 income, was incorrect on every return I did. I had to go in and manually tweak these values. That is a bit scary, hence 3 stars this year.
Also, I decided to pay my bill this year with a credit card (earn those cash points). I was given only one option by TT, which charges 2.49%. If you go to the IRS website, they list about 6 options, some as low as 1.87%. TT should offer at least the same credit card service options to pay as the IRS website.
What's great about it: Straight forward, easy to install and use
What's not so great: Some issues with previous years data, e-file pay options bad if you owe.

I would like to have a drop down box or something to go to a particular form or schedule without going all the way to the end and clicking boxes endlessly, to see what I have entered and where it appears in the various forms and schedules.
What's great about it: Makes it pretty easy to enter all your info.
What's not so great: No so easy to go back and review something.
