It took only a day to do my taxes.

This is the fifth year I have used Turbo Tax for our income tax preparation. I used to do our taxes by hand, and it took several days to work all the computations, etc. Since starting Turbo Tax, we have a 5 year record we can look back on to see how things have changed that can be printed out with the paper tax return. E-Filing is efficient; it doesn't make sense to mail all that paper, with sensitive information, through the mail. It's a good program for people who keep good records and can have them at hand in a short period of time. Because we have done our taxes with Turbo Tax for 5 years, it can compare previous numbers and ask if we are missing something? Adding something? Have a new mortgage, etc.? It has a somewhat intuitive nature that can see if extra questions need to be asked/addressed.
What's great about it: Easily navigated - Turbo Tax does all the work - Very thorough
What's not so great: Nothing jumps out at me as being detrimental

I really like the way the returns are carried from year to year and the federal transfers to the state. My PA return is a breeze thanks to turbo tax.

MONEY NEEDED

I LOVED THE EASE OF THE SYSTEM TO NAVIGATE THROUGH THE TAX PROCESS. ALSO LIKED THE ABILITY TO READ THE DETAILS OF INFORMATION PROVIDED BY TURBO TAX. THAT MADE IT EASY TO FEEL LIKE I KNEW WHAT I WAS DOING WHILE FILLING OUT THE TAXES.
What's great about it: VERY EASY TO USE
What's not so great: GETTING PIN WAS CUMBERSOME

I have used TurboTax for over 20 years and it gets better every year. I appreciate the updates and upgrades that are done. Navigation has gotten much improvement over the years and it is rare that I get stumped and need help, although it is available. It really does get quicker and easier and always accurate. I appreciate that! thanks.

This is a great product. I took an H&R Block course years ago and I am still using Turbo Tax. It is a great product for the money and it has always been very accurate.
What's great about it: The best program for the money.

I was unable to get a PIN and called Customer Support. Person walked me through process and was very helpful.
What's great about it: Everything was easy to follow.
What's not so great: Unable to select "standard deduction" without going through deduction questions.

BEST EVER REFUND!

Excellent product and I feel secure that I was able to receive all the deductions available to me. I also liked that I could purchase legal defense if I get selected to be audited by the IRS.
What's great about it: Easy to do and they prompted me to look for other deductions.
What's not so great: none
