Didn't see that I needed to scroll up to add that my children lived with me all year. I was wondering why I was only getting fifteen dollars back! Ha ha!
What's great about it: was pretty fast!
What's not so great: Didn't see that I needed to scroll up to add that my children lived with me all year.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

The only tax software I need. I have been using it for many years and have always been very happy with the results. I have been doing my kids taxes for about 10 years and no complaints from them. Thank you for putting out a quality product year after year.
What's great about it: Very easy to use and navigate.
What's not so great: Have a way of skipping the areas I havn't used in past years.

Banged for a Buck!

As normal, TurboTax was fast and easy. Downloaded it and everything was expedited. I think there were a couple of confusing parts where I wasn't sure if it was extrapolating data from last year's numbers or if it was my current data.
I like the little meter that tells me my refund "so far", but sometimes I'd rather it just surprise me at the end.
What's great about it: Fast and simple. Even a kid can do it!
What's not so great: Sadly, some questions are unclear when you have previous data.

I have used Turbo Tax for the past 6 years. Always fast, easy simple but comprehensive. I would compare refund to any other tax service.I absolutely love Turbo Tax.

Previews version are much better. You quality is going down every year and harder to understand some of the questions and finding answers.
Work on your usability and bugs
What's great about it: Easy steps
What's not so great: Review has many issues. Too many bugs. Need to work on quality.
