I like turbo tax and have used it for a number of years now, but found the e-filing and fee paying process screens a bit confusing. Thanks to the telephone help I received, I was able to file electronically. As for the questions below, I am retired and there is no place to show that. Also, our child is grown so we have no children at home.
What's not so great: Confusion over how to complete filing after paying fees and whether both pin and last year's AGI were required.

Totally Awesome Program!!

I was hesitant at first and waited a bit before doing my taxes....when I finally jumped in - I found it to be SO easy and not distracting or confusing. I am extremely happy that I bought this software. Definitely using it again next year and the year after that....etc.
What's great about it: Simple, easy, easy, easy, easy!!!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

less than 5 hours invested for input, review and filing! program moved very quickly thru all steps of the process.
What's great about it: very easy to follow. Quicker than in years past
What's not so great: Filing fee for state return, a free filing should be part of package
