My 2013 Federal return was rejected due to incorrect PIN # and/or 20121 AGI. I received a prompt and courteous reply from the phone representative. The entire process took less than five minutes

DIY with confidence

TurboTax asks all the right questions to lead me in finding all my info for the biggest return possible.
I've used TurboTax for 10 straight years, after leaving the nationally know tax preparer. The first year, I doubled up and used both. But the "pros" couldn't find me anything that TurboTax didn't, so I made the switch for good.

What's great about it: Each year, the walk-thru gets easier to understand and follow.

Taxes Made Easy

I've been using Turbo Tax for many, many years. This year's version was by far the best one. It was easy to negotiate and I flew through it once I had the information for input. Good job!
What's great about it: Capability to download broker information
What's not so great: Not easy to look at completed forms during the process

Better Than Last Year!

I could not believe that I got done so quickly this year! Even though I was divorced, it was done in no time.
What's great about it: Easier and faster.
What's not so great: Non!

Overall TT is a really big time-saver!
But, I had one real annoyance:
After I'd finished with both the Federal and California tax forms, I decided I wanted to go back to change the amount of my refunds (I had refunds for Fed. & CA) to be applied to next year's taxes.
While I could go back to the Federal forms and change specifically that, there was NO way I could find to do that for the California forms, except go through the whole process from the start all over again for the state forms. I spent a LOT of time trying to find a way to change only that one number, and failed.
Very frustrating!
What's great about it: TurboTax is a BIG time-saver, plus no math errors!

Streamline Filing

An inexpensive way to tackle tax season head on with confidence. The step-by-step approach through each income source and deduction insured all of my applicable tax topics were covered. When I hit a snag, help was just a click away. The final check of the state and federal returns before filing gave me a thumbs up that all the calculations were correct. I've used the "Deluxe" product for years with complete satisfaction, every year. Thanks TurboTax!

I find TurboTax easy to use since I don't have many deductions and the step by step instructions makes it simple to fill out.
