I have used turbo tax for the past several years and prior to this I have not needed to call for support. When I did call this year, which was three times, they were great. Each time they were patient and led me through what I needed to do in a step-by-step manner. Great customer service support!
What's great about it: Pretty easy to use and customer support was great

besides not finding last year return. Again the software does not help you to find the home modification. It took me about a half an hour to get my cancellation of debt entered in. (on the transaction type you don't have the choose of modification)
What's great about it: for the most part the software is pretty self explanatory.
What's not so great: this year it took longer, it could not find my tax returns from last year and I have now use this for 3 years.

Glad it's over

There was several places (1099 Misc) where I'd like to go back and review answers to some questions before I finished. The program either would not let me or was very difficult to figure out how to revisit those questions.
What's great about it: thorough on organized
What's not so great: couold not go back to review some answers

Logical and methodical

I have used Turbo Tax for several years. It gets easier every year. Not all information from 2012 return was accessed by 2013 return. It would have made comparison of data easier.
What's great about it: Simple questions that guide responses
What's not so great: None significant

I ask why would I pay for this again as it did not work
I checked for updates, ran the program 3x and still no ability to e-file.
on a 1-10 1 being very weak I give it a 2 as I could not finish the job with out printing and mailing and now waiting longer.
What is your response ..... how about a free 2014 copy next year!

Almost To Easy

Overall it was easy to use and covered a lot of issues. It was almost too thorough to a fault. I learned a lot by using the program to check all of the money saving possibilities. Next year when I use Turbo Tax it will be even easier and quicker to complete and submit my tax returns.
What's great about it: Ability to go back and make changes.
What's not so great: Some of the broker downloaded data was slightly changed so it made it difficut to verify entries.
Pros: I bought or sold investments
