I love turbo tax, I have used it for years and it saves me money and time. Thank You Turbo Tax :)
What's great about it: Easy to follow, gets updates quickly and done for the year
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Download and payment were easy. Paying for taxes owed from bank account was awesome
What's great about it: entry was simple and quick to do,
What's not so great: paying for state e-file. Would prefer that be free

Smooth Operation

Thorough and complete. Made my filing in two states very easy. Although I did not need the service this year, it is reassuring to know that there is someone to call at Turbo Tax if I have problems.
What's great about it: Easy to read with additional explanations available on many items.

If you can determine early in the process if someone only needs the EZ forms, please spare them all the extra questions. I know turbo tax wants to maximize refunds, but sometimes all the extra stuff isn't necessary. Overall, it was still much easier and quicker using turbotax than doing it by hand. Thanks!

Turbo tax does it fast!

I have been using TT for over 10 years....I would like to see calculation of est taxes for next year right after completing return for current tax year (2013). I also wouild like to see options to print tax return before committing to filing. Sometimes my financial advisor likes to see the return beofre I file.
Every year the price gets higher....it would be nice to have a senior price or a price reduction for returning clients. Maybe include the efiling cost with the state you include free. Anything to reduce the cost of filing..
What's great about it: clear instructions and auto indexing for return visits during prep
What's not so great: review/printing of forms; calculating est taxes for next year

I wanted a way to enter the date as I collected it and then later update it. The s/w let me do that and I was pleased.
What's great about it: fast
What's not so great: lot of info to enter
