The first year I used it I was very slow making certain I followed the script. This year was a delight.

Great product....instructions are very good albeit not perfect..(but darn close!!) .particularly in the state form..but I always figure it out!
What's great about it: Quite helpful...easy to use..accesses useful data from previous years
What's not so great: State e file isn't free...some instructions could be better

Easy to handle have a tough year

Had a tough year. Bankruptcy and divorce. Nice that something was at lest simple to use and do...and NOT cost a small kings ransom to do. Thank you!!!
