Got a refund this year !

The State program didn't pick up I was filing a joint return like I have for the past 40 years. It didn't give me my $153 joint credit. It worked last year. I had to over ride that portion after checking with the State of Ohio.
Disappointed in this mistake.

Easy to use

Easy, breezy to input info. Problems transmitting return due to update needed. Updated software, still would not transmit. Once updated-try to restart computer and keep trying until it goes through.
What's great about it: Uploaded info from last year's return
What's not so great: Problems with Transmitting Return
Pros: I had a baby, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbo Tax lets a novice work through their tax return reliably and with ease. Great product that I've used for many years.
What's great about it: Walks you through everything.
What's not so great: Low refunds.LOL!

Easy to use! So easy, even I can do it! Been using TurboTax for over 20 years; won't consider doing it any other way! Walks you through and explains every detail...PERFECT! Also, customer service staff works hard to be friendly and helpful...an added bonus!

I have been using turbo tax for the last 4 or 5 years without any major problems. I feel very confident doing my own taxes now!!!!!!
