For the cost of this tax program and the ability to personally enter the vital information (giving me the peace of mind) correctly. Unless one is a certified account; I don't think there would be smarter $ spent in preparing your tax return.
Would be sweet if intuit would give price incentives for returning customers!

What's great about it: Virtually Simple
What's not so great: Couple Of Numbered Items Had To Be Canceled Due To Program Entering Them Automatically

What's great about it: Allows self file with little chance of error.
What's not so great: Lengthy, but I have no solution

This is my 10th year of using TurboTax. Can't believe it gets better & quicker every year. I will always use it and Highly recommend TurboTax.
What's great about it: Excellent program. Does a Great Job of finding everything for you!!
What's not so great: None at all.

I've been using TT for 16 years; it just keeps getting easier. I like the error checking and the updates provided. Got me an extra $200 on refund.
What's great about it: very flexible depending if you are a new user or experienced user; very easy

First Time Use

Made completing the taxes easy; however, the cost when having to do 3 States plus Federal made it approximately the same cost as if I had taken to a tax firm.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Expensive when you have multiple State returns
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

Great for Walking You Through

Does an excellent job of walking you through each step of the forms. Unfortunately wants you to e-file both the Federal and State return. E-filing the Federal return was great and easy to do. Seems like they want to force you to e-file the State return. There is either an option to e-file now or e-file later. There are NO CLEAR directions on how to print out your State Return and send it in by snail mail. It took me an hour to figure this out and just print my Sate Return and have a copy.
What's great about it: Downloads Last Year's Return filling in a lot of Data. Easy walk through insrtuctions
What's not so great: Filing State Return using snail mail! Bummer!
