It's All Fun And Games Until.......

I had created an account at some point in the past, but I didn't remember all the pieces. So, they asked for the answer to a security question that I didn't recognize. There was no option for another question or to bail out. I was so frustrated I just left the computer and TurboTax timed out. When I got back there was no way to log back in or shut down the program so I could do a restart. It ended up I "Force Quit" my computer so I could clear the drop down screen. It took me almost as long to get checked out as it did to actually do my taxes. It's a good thing I like TurboTax!
What's great about it: TurboTax usually uses language anyone can understand.
What's not so great: Paying for filing the state return was NOT fun.

I have used Turbo Tax for several years. This year was not as easy and not as informative. I was particularly disappointed when I asked for help regarding one of the pieces of information.

Soooo Easy and Convenient

This is my second year using Turbo Tax and I completely love it. I used to do my taxes on paper. It was not all that difficult but it was always a bit of a hassle to make sure that I got the right forms downloaded and printed and filled out correctly and got all the information entered onto them and in the right spots. With Turbo Tax, all this is done for you without you even really having to think about it. The small purchase price is absolutely more than made up for in ease of use, time saved, and peace of mind. I consider myself a loyal customer.
What's great about it: Walks through everything for you, great explanations
What's not so great: Nothing
Pros: I moved, I bought or sold investments

I've used Turbo Tax for a while now. Im always greatful for the easy guide to do my taxes and the reviews that help me catch things I forgot.
What's great about it: Easy Guidance
What's not so great: Double the amount to pay if its deducted directly from your refund
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

You have a very good and professional program to analyze one's incomes and subsequent tax liability. I was pleasantly surprised by its thoroughness. To complete my taxes it took a substantial amount of time; entering and then going back to change items. However, in retrospect, I am gratified by the details I uncovered about taxes as your program constructed many forms I had to attach to my return about which I did not have a clue. Finally, when I printed my file copy, I am singularly impressed by the details contained in the worksheets and final tax forms; both federal and state. I am more than satisfied with your excellent Turbo-Tax program.
What's great about it: Step-by-step input and analysis was very thorough
What's not so great: When I realized I needed to change items, very challenged to go back and correct
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbo tax is very easy to use, I have used this product for many years and love it!!!! I would recommend Turbo tax to my family and friends.
