Didn't realize how easy until I printed...

I didn't realize how much time and effort I had saved until I printed out the 17 pages that took only about an hour to complete. I wouldn't have even known that I was eligible for some deductions or where to find certain forms. I had multiple jobs and taxable income that, without TurboTax, would have missed reporting.
Also, I was extremely satisfied with my return and the filing process. I will definitely be using next year!
What's great about it: The ease and speed. No need to worry about adding or subtracting box 6c with 7b while dividing by the inverse sum
What's not so great: The IRS' descriptions were sometimes easier to figure out (especially for determining student status)
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I was skeptical a couple of years ago when me and my wife starting filing through Turbo Tax, but she convinced me to do so, and I'm glad she did. It's such a painless, easy way to file your taxes, getting always more money that my brother, who still gets charged an arm and a leg for using someone else's services. Also, this year we had difficulties filing info on out HSA, Turbo Tax was a very big step-by-step help.
What's great about it: Easy, very well explained, always gets me a great refund.
What's not so great: Can't think of any

First time.....

.....since 2004 did I encounter a significant error with the online application. An error was detected on a 1098 entry. When prompted to double-click on a particular field, the online application did not react at all. After nearly 1/2 hour on hold waiting for a technician, and then another 2 hours with the technician, my problem was resolved with a desktop download that was used to correct the 1098 and complete the e-filing.
The technician was extremely helpful and patient through a java update download that was found to be needed so that he could access my desktop, after which he assisted me with diagnosing/resolving.

Excellent tax software

Turbo Tax has been my preferred tax software for years. When my taxes were easy to complete, then I found this software to be very easy to use. The step-by-step process was a piece of cake. Now that my taxes are more complex, I wish that some of the question prompts were written in more plain English, e.g. in the AMT section, rather than in tax jargon. Would still use this product again next year.
What's great about it: Easy, step-by-step completion
What's not so great: Extensive jargon

Easy Peasy

Turbo Tax is great. This year I had trouble with AZ state capital gains form. Turbo tax had all the data on my federal return but did transfer the data they were asking for with my state cap gains.
Every from that I printed the bottom line is cut off. This is the same every year. I don't know if its my computer or turbo tax program, but it happens every year. Other docs that i print are just fine, only problem with turbo tax.
What's great about it: ease of navigating
What's not so great: I trust turbo tax to figure my math

Very concise set-up. Took very little time to complete taxes. Good explanations of different deductions, etc.
