Easiest way to file

Why pay what the tax repairer want to charge when you can get the same results for a fraction of the price.

Yearly Filing

This is my 7th or 8th year and as always your software is worth the money. I haven't been tempted to use anything else so I can't really compare.
What's great about it: The step your way thru process make it easy to follow the return.
What's not so great: The section on straddles was a little hard to follow
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Very dissapointed

I used Turbo Tax in 2012 and my info. was not transferred to 2013. I paid over 100% of my 2012 Federal Taxes but since my transfer did not happen , I was not given a chance to correct the penalty/interest that was computed into my taxes due. I feel that a new customer would have this same problem. I have filed a W-4P with my Pension Plan but 2013 was a unexpected very good year for Mutual Funds.
I could find no way to enter local taxes after going through the entire process twice. No one wants to pay more than they owe.

What's great about it: Used Turbo since 2010 with not much difficulty, met expectations.
What's not so great: No way to correct assumptions for past year or enter local taxes.

Awesome for many years!

I have used Turbo Tax for many years and I highly recommend it to my friends and family. The greatest feature is that it transfers data from year to year. Each year gets quicker and quicker!
What's great about it: Easy Navigation and it reads as if someone is sitting across from me asking the questions.

The product is easy to use; however, it might be helpful if the "guided tour" had a "Proceed to next topic" button near the top of the page so the user doesn't have to scroll or arrow all the way to the bottom of the page to get to the next topic.
