Better each year

I have been using TurboTax for many years, and have found the user experience improved each year. The thorough, step-by-step guidance and report of the tax consequence of each entry ensures that no issues will be overlooked.
What's great about it: Step-by-step instructions were clearer this year than last
What's not so great: I prepared a return for a relative who resides in another state, but the program prepared a state return for my state.

It could not be easier to file your taxes. All previous info is auto loaded, all w2s are auto loaded, and then FREE efile for my taxes and all 4 of my daughters! It doesn't get any better than that! Thank you.
What's great about it: Quick, easy, thorough

My W-2 forms would not download so I had to enter manually.

Needs improvement on K-1

Not very helpful when entering details on K1 Partnership forms - needs to have step by step instructions when entering data for boxes 13 and box 20 on the forms
What's great about it: Primary program very helpfull
What's not so great: Needs to be more helpful when completing the K1 partnership forms
