It Only Gets Netter

As stated above, at times it was difficult to trace the origin of certain values from the tax forms to their origin. It was solved by manually searching a 150 page pdf file that contained the worksheets and calculations.
Otherwise, this program is great, simple to use and accurate
What's great about it: Easy to use, Downloaded my W2s, 1099s, etc.
What's not so great: Sometimes it is difficult tracing back the origin of values entered on tax forms.

confusing

Income entry formats more confusing
Harder to do printing ie printing pin #s before filing
confusing just where the files go for saving, (didn't go to old file locations so years are together).
overall I hope the job got done!
What's great about it: some of older formats used
What's not so great: couldnt find printed files easily (pdf) format, instructions more confusing

I have used TurboTax for many years and it has always been simple to use and always up to date on the changes in the tax laws.

As always, an excellent product. I've used Turbo Tax for over 15 years and always been confident in the final outcome....
What's great about it: goes through each area that needs scrutiny, and verifies you aren't filling out incorrectly
What's not so great: Are they all just jobbers for the Fed????? ;) kidding, no cons

Turbo Pro & Con

As a CPA, I've been using TurboTax for many years and the 2013 model was not as good as prior years. The HELP pop-up consisted of small- type messages spread across the entire screen. This HELP was not helpful. Federal Income Tax keeps getting more complex. I don't know how anyone could complete a Federal return without a program like Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Includes State and City
What's not so great: White letters on light blue can not be read

Very frustrating. I had to mail it in.
What's not so great: It wouldn't let me e-file. It said it had more updates, but when I went to updates, it said there weren't any.
