Returns done easy!

I had this same problem last year....it should be very simple to follow the instructions and print the forms, however, when the forms come up to review, it is all garbage.
What's great about it: All screens easy to complete.
What's not so great: Cannot print copies.

I've been using turbo tax for years and swear by it, if you want to save a lot of money do taxes on your own with this software you will not regret it.

Glitched when time to submit

I have used TT for two years now. This is the first year that I have encountered a problem. There was a glitch that did not allow me to submit the return. I figured that the best thing to do was to close out the program and resubmit. This worked but still makes me nervous about whether or not the correct information was sent? Was a blank return sent? Did the software understand that an update was NOT needed as it continued to request? Irritating, but I will use again.
What's great about it: Easy to navigate
What's not so great: Problems submitting

no e-file

Went through the entire program without problems. but when it went to e-file, it kept telling us it couldn't because we were missing an upgrade. Checked for upgrades and was told there were no upgrades. so one of these things was not like the other. the key factor in the simplicity of Turbotax was lost. Now i get to do the old fashion way of paper mailing my taxes.
What's great about it: simple program to use
What's not so great: wouldn't e-file

Once it was determined that I didn't have enough time out of the country to qualified for the foreign income exclusion it was impossible to remove the form. It kept coming up in the error check so I had to completely start the return all over again.
Fix this please.

Fastest Yet!

Using TurboTax for many years now, but this seemed to be the most streamlined data entry process yet. Extremely pleased with this 2013 tax season's version.
What's great about it: TurboTax has made the process not only fast, but actually fun, too!
What's not so great: Still wish the software wasn't so expensive.

Getting easier each time.

I've been using Turbo Tax for years and really like it. Each year it becomes easier to use. We are just basic filers, however ,we don't want to miss anything new in the tax law. I've recommended it to family and friends.
What's great about it: Easier to find the AK Permanent Fund now.
What's not so great: It can be hard to phrase a question for help.
