Awesome Refund

I called and asked for an expert to help me with my taxes and got the opposite she was in a hurry and didn't help me very disappointed in the experts department. But I got great service from Customer service a guy name Paul from New York was excellent he stayed with me the entire time I was just about to give up on turbo tax and go somewhere else but Paul made up for the other person that was rude thanks Paul for a wonderful experience hope to meet you one day if every In North Carolina. Great Job!
What's great about it: Customer Service and steps where easy to follow
What's not so great: Getting the experts to help to much in a hurry customer serviced help me a Guy name Paul stayed with me the entire time

It is very simple to get on and just answer simple questions and when in doubt you can go back and check ever line. The ease of use is impeccable. I feel comfortable using this software and recommending this to anyone.
What's great about it: The ease of use is perless; there is no learning curve just get on and go.

Good for the Price

I've used TurboTax for many years and am quite pleased.
This year however it seemed to have a glitch or two. Some numbers that I put in at the beginning on W-2 did not stay when the software updated at the end of the preparation. Fortunately the error check at the end caught the missing data and I was able to re-input the information.
