Worthless Help

I have now tried to file 5 times by efile to the federal government, and nothing is working. Two different pages asking two different PINs? or NOT? The only help is that the header TIN cannot match the signer's TIN? What does that mean?
What's great about it: Most of the program went well
What's not so great: Worthless Help with E Filing the Federal

CHALLENGING

On first attempt left program with money due me came back to me owing money, tried to figure out, finally went to another computer and re-installed program and all went well, it appears to me the original time it never updated...still says that the government is still working on the tax forms....crazy
What's great about it: USUALLY EASY TO FOLLOW

Turbo Tax makes the once stressful tax process incredibly easy.
What's great about it: Some last year data pull thru. Great explanations/help.

My 2013 federal and state returns were easy to prepare using Turbo Tax. The product keeps getting better each year
What's great about it: User friendly with readily available resources for questions, additional information, etc.
What's not so great: Not many

Much easier

I was taught how to manually file taxes in high school, but with all the stress and confusion, I much prefer TurboTax over doing it by hand. It double checks my work, which takes a lot of the stress off of me. And they suggest things that will help you get more money back, or owe less. Without TurboTax I wouldn't have known about some of the deductions. And its a lot cheaper than hiring someone to do it for you.
What's great about it: Faster, easier, and garanteed accurate
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
