TurboTax hooked me up with a step-by-step process that is easy to follow and beneficial! Recommend this software vs paying big bucks for a professional.

I've been using Turbo Tax for 15 years now. It is simple, accurate, and easy to use. Compared to the CPA I used to pay TT is also quite affordable.
What's great about it: Simple & easy
What's not so great: Can't think of any

Using TurboTax is like sitting across with your own personal tax consultant. The best part about it is that you can have the consultation in the privacy of your own home with all the creature comforts including pajamas. If there are too many questions you can take a break and come right back to where you left off. If you are missing information you can come back to that section later. It doesn't get any more convenient. Most importantly frustration levels remain at an all time low!
What's great about it: They ask all the questions so you don't miss a thing.
What's not so great: Some terms are still a little confusing.

The ability to bring forward data from previous returns that have not changed considerably improves the ease of preparation.
What's great about it: The program guidance throughout the preparation process was very easy to follow.
