This is an excellent program for filing your taxes. There is a comfort level in knowing that all areas are checked and rechecked for accuracy. Every item is explained for the user which helps to eliminate questions.
I will definitely use this again and again.
What's great about it: Questions were easily answered by "Help"
What's not so great: Too bad there is not a simple tax planner for the subsequent year.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbo Tax 2013 was easy to use. Good thing I have an newer computer than last year, this made it much faster to load and use.
What's great about it: The questions were easy to follow and answer. Thanks.
What's not so great: None I can think of, I didn't have any trouble with the software.

Here's my experience

Good for the average user. However, there was no easy way to enter the income, deductions and donations between two married individuals and test the differences that might have a significant change in results if you filed a separate verses joint return.
What's great about it: Easy to follow the step by step walk through for entering tax form informaiton.
What's not so great: No real/easy way to test the difference if I should file separate or joint when married with many differences.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Gets Easier Every Year

This seems to get simpler each year that I use it! First, I'm accustomed to the categories and know what to save throughout the year and what stacks to create. With that done, it's like filling out a form. Hard to make mistakes doing it this way.
What's great about it: I love that last year's figures for each segment are posted for me...let's me know if I'm off base on what I've tracked.
What's not so great: If only you could always get me a refund!
